Fabric is made to the designed specifications and custom-dyed for production. 240–250g washed weight, 16/S combed cotton, compact ring-spun yarn. The fabric weave is clear, with a lightly brushed surface, a soft texture, and a light, comfortable feel. The print uses imported Japanese paste with an expanding agent. After printing, it is left to dry fully before tunnel heat setting and foaming treatment to prevent edge overflow. The process has strict requirements, and the final result delivers strong puff effect, depth, and a soft hand feel. The stitching has been refined with consistent construction checks. Before production, the machine settings are adjusted in advance to ensure consistent seam quality and construction. The garment includes multiple hand-finished distressed details made by experienced artisans. The finish is designed to look natural and relaxed rather than overly rigid. This short-sleeve style features an oversized silhouette. A custom size was added to fit more wearers, while the chest, shoulder width, and sleeve length remain unchanged for the intended fit feel. Measurements are taken flat by hand with a 1–2 cm tolerance. Because the body is three-dimensional, the worn length may appear 2–3 cm shorter. Suggested size: 1 for heights under 178 cm.
